Move to the Shipyard and expend an action. That's all there is to it.

You also have to do the Preparation Dance.

Ellen! The dancing is just for the two of you behind closed doors! We do not all need to see the Admiral dance!

See, and this is only... eight years after I'd requested it. That's quite a backlog you're working on there.

Skill Check (12 YG)
Possible interrupts: IC, SR, Reckless. Everyone, please pass or play. You can also send me COs for the check itself. Boomer plays first, Adama last. Reminder: as this is Adama's turn, all 1s count positive, regardless of colour.

MOAR CARDS!
Okay, I could help a little, and/or I could make the check recklessly easier. Given our current situation wrt a board empty of OFs, the risks incurred by recklessness are somewhat mitigated.
I can help on this check, and I'm three cards over my limit, so I'll have to play them or trash them no matter what.
BSG
Okay, it's not very high to begin with, especially just to avoid the fail effect, so I'll save my recklessness for a more vital check. I play no interrupts.
