I'm sorry because I think we covered this before and I just didn't like the answer but as I'm not absolutely positive... is there any way to increase population?
Also I haven't played this version before so I don't have much clue what the best strategy is. I'd love to hear what you guys think.

I don't know of any way to increase population. I mean, other than the normal way, which appears not to be a game mechanism.

Well, we are on New Caprica, yay, so I'm sure everything's going to be just fine! We should definitely learn to live in peace with our robotic overlords and have a lot of sex resulting in completely confusing romantic pairings when our viewership comes back after the hiatus. We could grow beards, too, maybe.

Since everyone passed, I'm guessing we wouldn't have a plan to keep someone out of Detention if I chose Option 2, so I'm leaning toward the skill check since I have cards to burn anyway. Everyone able to help out against a Morale hit?
(On other hand, 50-50 no one goes to Detention? I could volunteer so that everyone else could get to work on prepping ships and whatnot. I don't know. Conflicted!)
