I noticed workers slacking off on the SS Soylent Green. I will finish up the first Action phase of my turn by playing Enact Production Quotas.
Then for my next Action I will draw another Quorum card.
It's good to have cargo. Makes us a target for every other scavenger out there, though, but sometimes that's fun too.
