Hey, Jump Prep! I say Option 2 is better. Food is our lowest resource.
Also, I would not be averse to jumping early this time, as we have a lot of civvies threatened. But we do get a free Scout from Boomer, so...actually, we're in a similar position. If she gets jump prep and then assures a jump prep for me, we can wait for the auto-jump; otherwise, I'd be tempted to pull the trigger if we're only risking 1 Pop. Especially if a Raider activation could destroy civvies, which it could unless Boomer does something majorly heroic. Actually, wait! Boomer! I KNOW YOU CAN DO SOMETHING GOOD. We will be safe on Boomer's turn. Get out there to Sector 1.

While everyone is staring at the DRADIS in confusion, a squealing signal comes over the comms next. The FTL console reacts with an electronic shriek. Gaeta lunges over, pounds frantically on the controls for a moment, then swears loudly.
"Admiral, the coordinates have been scrambled, we're going to have to restart calculations almost from scratch." Gaeta looks up. "She had to have set this up before she left."
