Gaeta or Tory, please XO Adama for me! If things are really dire after my turn, he can push the button. But we can withstand anything but a basestar firing on us at this point. Your ability allows you to draw cards after taking the action on the Quorum card; so no, they won't be avilable to influence the action. I will note here that I have COs from Tory that if this is the case, she wishes to draw 2 Yellow instead.

Not that it matters, because I have COs from Ellen (COs: they work, bitches!) to play an SP-4 on the die roll. And the die roll is:
