I think you may be confusing this crisis with the previous crisis.
Note concerning the current discussion: it is against the secrecy rules to claim that you do or do not have cards of a particular colour. (It is ok to draw attention to public plays, though I'd prefer if you didn't go overboard with that; Apollo's statement that he's been playing a number of ICs is fine in any case, as it does not actually state whether or not he has any Yellow left.)
