Remind me again of the drawbacks of a Reckless interrupt, I have one I could play that might help on this check.
there are some Treachery cards that take effect only if played into a Reckless skill check. They could do things like place a basstar on the board, or make everyone draw Treachery. If none of these Treachery cards turn up, there is no effect.

At this point, the danger of the Reckless skill check would be that Special Destiny or Broadcast Location would come up in Destiny (By Your command would, I think, have no effect). So really it's just 2 out of the 6 Treachery cards (I don't know their frequency distribution) that are dangerous. And Special Destiny wouldn't be too terrible, since there are no revealed cylons to pounce on discarded Treachery, yet. But Broadcast Location would get us a basestar, and it's been very pleasant not being under attack.
Guts & Initiative wouldn't run that risk. At Any Cost would, but would make Treachery count positive, which would at least be a tradeoff of dangers.
Eta: AAC might be handier later on if we don't fully pass this check, come to think of it

It's an AAC that I can use to help this check. It seems like it might be a good way to go since there seems to be a consensus that we could see treachery in this check.

Yeah, I don't know. It might be a good call. The positive and negative risks seem pretty close by my measure (which is a highly rigorous guesstimate, fwtw).

Yeah, an AAC wouldn't be bad. AAC, no IC, go for a partial pass?

There is also the possibility of an SR if folks have blue they could play into the check.
