I think Apollo and I can get it up to where a neutral Destiny would let us pass. If we can get a couple more cards to give us a safe cushion, I think we can pass easy. Anders?

I'm up for it. And I'll happily give a "frak you" to destiny.

In that case:

MOVE: I will boldly stay right here in the hopes of being XO'd to work the Quorum again.

ACTION: I play XO-1 on Anders to, hopefully, let him spring himself.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

I have COs from Anders:

Action 1: Use Star Player ability. Anders discards:

Trust Instincts 0
Launch Scout 1

He then draws 2 Purple to replace them. Cards being sent.

Action 2: Activate the Brig check. Play Guts and Initiative 1 as an interrupt.

Anders is attempting to escape the Brig. This is a 7 YP check. Other possible interrupts: IC, SR. It is also possible for another player to play a different Reckless interrupt instead of Anders' G&I. If this occurs, Zarek (as current player) chooses which Reckless interrupt gets played. Everyone, please pass or play on interrupts.

In addition, President Zarek, you may use your Friends in Low Places to raise or lower the check difficulty by 2. Would you like to use it (and in which direction)?

pass on interrupts

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

BSG

Oh, very clever, Anders!

I pass on interrupts.

So I wasn't expecting that interrupt, which makes this brig check very easy if Zarek lowers the threshold to 5. Anders and Zarek, I think I will just make this very uncomplicated and advise you to keep your cards.

Ha! Very nice.

BT, I will use Friends in Low Places to lower the check difficulty.

Also, I'm overriding the COs I sent you: per Apollo's advice I will play no cards.

And pass on interrupts.

Given the generous action of the President, and the inspiring words/actions-to-be of Apollo, I have updated my card play for the pokey-spring. BillyTea has my CO's.

(I'd post it in thread, but I don't think it's my turn to play them, and don't want to upset the order)

A reminder, we're still waiting for everyone to pass or play on interrupts.
