Hm, indeed. If you can figure it out, a nice move would be to repair CIC and then use the extra action to XO Zarek to work the Quorum.

That was one of my plans. It's a plan that leaves me low on cards, but I think it leaves Galactica better off than the plan that leaves me slightly less low on cards. Dang.
