Sector 5, then.

Fleeing annihilation at the hands of humanity's children, the Colonial refugees arrived at the planet called "Earth" hoping to find a new home. Instead they found a world ruined by nuclear war, its ecosystem unable to support life more complex than a few mutated amphibians. Already strained by the disastrous reunion with the Battlestar Pegasus, the fleet's leadership turned on each other. The mutiny and coup coordinated by Gaeta and Zarek ended with the former Admiral and President set adrift with only those most personally loyal. Zarek retained the Presidency, but rapidly discovered that leading the system from the inside is very different from tearing it down from without. Gaeta, on the other hand, was informed that few would accept a mutineer as head of the fleet. Thus, partly because of his reputation as the voice of reason and partly because he had the good sense to be marooned elsewhere during the uprising, Karl Agathon became Fleet Admiral. And so, with some of their dearest friends abandoned, they lead the Fleet on, hoping clues found on Earth can lead them to the legendary home of the gods.......

That's no way to speak of your fellow crew members.
Thus, partly because of his reputation as the voice of reason and partly because he had the good sense to be marooned elsewhere during the uprising, Karl Agathon became Fleet Admiral.
And this is why you attend work meetings. The suckiest jobs are always given to the person outside the room.
Not to mention that Admiral Adama apparently took all the wimmenz with him! Jeez, look at this sausage-fest.

Ok, I'm making an executive call on Anders' card draw. Everyone else on the crew has spread their card draw among three different colours, which is also what omnis has done in the past when it's come up. I'm therefore pretty sure he will want 1G 1P 1R.
Cards are going out now, along with Chief Tyrol's draw for turn 1.1. I've shuffled all the decks and placed all the pieces. Reminder: we're using a variant Destiny, with 18 cards. And with that, Buffistica 9 is a go. Chief, when you're ready, please post your move and action.

Well, men, how shall we start? Nothing needs repairing, yet, so . . . I guess we might want to do something about yon cylons. Anybody have a useful action or two to deploy? Not Anders, and I suppose not Helo. Anyone else?
BSG
Maybe draw some extra cards?

I could move to Sector 1 and block the Raiders' advance for the moment. I should be able to hold them off for a bit. (I should have started in Sector 6, frak. But I was afraid the Raiders would activate before I had a chance to cover the civvies.)
Alternatively, you could jump to Pegasus and fire on Sector 1 with some shit. (And that may not be a bad place for you to be, since Pegasus will be where the repairs will need to be made.)

Anders can indicate whether he has a useful action or not, but note that he is on board and received his starting draw along with everyone else. His weakness prevents him from receiving his first regular draw (next turn), but doesn't stop him doing anything else.
