Can I switch Cally's sickbay meds with a lethal dose of my smack? Which card do I need to draw for that?

There is a Quorum Card, "Execute Prisoner", that would do the trick. (Note that if you're human, getting executed will cost 1 Morale.)

I wish I could be more specific about my dilemma but faced with it in the past I feel like I frakked up by not making a difference in the check and then not having the card I needed when my turn came around.
