Alas, no. Kat's power only functions during her Action phase.

Damn. I don't want to lose more Morale, but that's a huge check to pass. By my count, Destiny will be positive for it, though.
I think we're better off risking the brigging, unfortunately. It's either that or basically losing all our cards to this check and still maybe losing Morale too.

I agree that is just way too high a skill check to shoot for. I choose option 2 Strategic Planning is always in fashion. Alas I have none to play on myself. Anyone?
