Kat, given your ability, I actually suggest that on your turn, if you have a card worth 4 or higher, you just jump us the frak out of here.

For Kat's turn: jumping is not a bad idea, but it leaves Cally free to wreak havoc on her turn, in her delightful I-can't-help-it-if-my-meds-aren't-working way. Unfortunately, I don't see a way to change that without putting some Civilians in danger. Tough one. You'll have to decide what's most important, Kat.

How is that different from any other turn? Unless you can think of a way for us to brig or execute Cally on Kat's turn, whatever we do, Cally will be wreaking havoc. At least if we can jump, she won't have all these Cylons at her disposal.
Kat could at least launch into Sector 5 to protect those civvies and then shoot at some Raiders. But who knows what Cally has up her sleeve?

If you are implying that you have an arrest order, then she could launch into Sector 5 to protect the ship and then XO you with her bonus action. If you are implying that she can activate Admiral's Quarters...I don't know how we can pass a brig check after this.
