OK, humans, we have a lot of challenges in front of us - cylons within, cylons without, and a lot of damage. If you draw Repair and an XO, Chief, we can take care of most of that last problem - I did finally get a useful Quorum card.
I think some repairing of Pegasus and/or vipers will help us with our other problems, as well.

In my dream, Chief draws so many blue cards, and our crises are so puny, that I am able to xo Chief on
my
turn to do even more repairs.

So I didn't get the exact draw I was hoping for, but I did get a pretty good one.
