Brings the tally to -9. The check was not Reckless, so the Treachery card has no effect. There is not 3 Piloting strength in the check, so nor does Protect the Fleet.
Check fails! Cally remains free. Tigh is unhappy and accuses the tribunal of:

(As opposed to his Cylon Hatred, which he describes as "like, totally fair bias").

Administrative note: the cards added by Trust Instincts exhausted the Destiny deck. I've created a new one. This exhausted the Tactics deck. I've reshuffled the discards.

Okay, I would like to save my skin and Galactica's, so I play IC3. I actually intended to play it last round, but I didn't remember I'd drawn it until too late. (I also missed the play blue conversation, so I'm sorry I didn't make your card count, Starbuck.) Let's see if we can figure out what's going on.
