Spike: You pissed in the Big Man's Chair? That's fantastic! Gunn: Spike, can you please turn off that warm fuzzy? Spike: What, the Lorne thing? Worn off. I just think that's bloody fabulous.

Weekend Gaming Report:

Tigris & Euphrates. Still excellent. I won the first game handily, then got my ass handed to me twice.

Kingdom. Reiner Knieze is still a god. (God of Sticking Random Themes on Clever Designs...it's a niche). Kingdom is basically tic-tac-toe on steroids, for multiple players and with winning as a possibility.

Inkognito. Meh. Clue for grown-ups. Other people liked the new "Carnivale in Venice" theme; I missed the little props from Clue. Best quote, following an information exchange: "These cards do not have four asses."

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

I understand he took out the Spiel des Jahres award this year, though really he should've won the year he released T&E.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

That list is awesome! A lot of songs/artists I love are on there.

In other news, I beat Call of Duty 4 ! It was shorter than I expected. It only took me a weekend and change. And when I say "a weekend," I mean staying up till 4 in the morning. So it probably would have been an even shorter game had I not died so many damn times. But, hey, eventually I saved the Eastern seaboard, so there's that.

Really fun game, highly recommended.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

So it probably would have been an even shorter game had I not died so many damn times.

I find that sucking increases my gaming-per-dollar-invested tremendously. Highly recommended.

Well, that's what difficulty levels are for, I suppose. Even if you can breeze through on Recruit, the description of the hardest difficulty level is "You will not survive."

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

you two are cracking me up! Sad to say, most of the time, even on easy level, "I will not survive". Eh. Like Amych says, I really get my gaming-per-dollar, and I have fun too, and that is what counts.

Ooo, the song list looks good. "Tangled Up in Blue" will be a bitch to sing. And I see they'd added Jethro Tull...will there be a flute controller?

The new controllers look pretty sweet also.

No, I don't think I will - me, quoting Captain Steve Rogers, to all of 2020

BWAH!
