You're talking to Serenity. And, Early... Serenity is very unhappy.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Gud, my uncle just this last week sold a novel that he had been trying to sell for over a decade. Not only that, but he sold it to one of the publishing houses he most wanted to work with. As Amy said, it might not be the right time for something. There may, however, come a time that is right.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Gud, I'm sorry about COG. Best of luck moving forward.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Congratulations, P-C! When does it come out?

They're shooting for June. I have a small flash piece coming out in March, and I have no idea when Genius Loci is coming out, or when my Fireside story will appear. But I have four stories coming out this year, what the hell.

Gud, wishing you the best of luck with COG.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

I'm sorry to hear about COG, Gud. I hope it's right time does come.

Congrats, P-C! Four stories is most impressive!

That's a bummer about COG, Gud. Better luck with Dragonfire.

P-C, that rocks dude! I'll watch for the story on Kindle. That's Genius Loci, right?

No, that's Book Smugglers. When they publish, they go all out, with each individual story being released on ebook platforms to purchase in addition to being free to read on the website. It's really impressive, and as far as I can tell, they're funding it all on their own, out-of-pocket.

Genius Loci will be released in paper and ebook formats whenever it comes out. There should be a Kickstarter once Jaym gets done with edits, so you can pre-order that way.

Aha, I'll watch for both.

Congratulations, P-C!

Because books.

(This is why -- well, one of the reasons -- we love Ginger. She knows all.)

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Those are excellent examples, Ginger. Those are both well-loved books. AWiT is one of what I consider my 'life-saver' books - not just comfort reading, but the kind of reading that is essential when my soul feels wounded.

I hope Cog will become that sort of book for people one day.
