Thanks, everyone! When I decided to make a real go at writing last year, I said I wanted to be a published author by my next birthday, which is the kind of thing you say before you know anything about publishing. So while this story won't be in print by my birthday, I think I shall count it as fulfilling my lofty goal.

Thank all of you for your support over the years! Remember when we did drabbles and stuff?
