This isn't a come-on. I'm in a very serious relationship with a landscape architect.

Because books.

Sunday, 10/16, 2 p.m., but it's actually Napierville. Is that a nearby suburb?

L.A. is actually Huntington Beach, too. And Denver is Highland Ranch! Boulder is, in fact, Boulder, though.

I'm going to put up info in F2F when I have a minute.

“Not dead yet!”

Whoa, what, wait... LYNNWOOD? Sweetheart, that's VERY NEAR MY HOOD! When were you going to tell me??

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

Napierville is on the west edge of Chicago. I'm not familiar with it, but on a Sunday I'd be willing to explore strange new 'burbs!

Crap, did I spell it wrong?

I was going to tell you ... now! I told Jilli, I know. I'm a little overwhelmed at the moment.

But yay! We actually were supposed to do one in Mill Creek, too, but it got cancelled. No idea why.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Amy, any chance you'll be coming out to the Midwest?

Nope, Chicago-ish is where we get off. Sadly.

Ah, University Bookstore. Who knows-- nice bookstore, but they're a little bit odd.

And the BN in Lynnwood is AWESOME-- so, so author friendly and the CRM, Christy, LOVES YA and is an absolute doll.

Ah, rats. Double-rats because I've had to cancel my plans to go visit SF and/or Seattle this October.

I sort of wish we had been able to spread out a little bit more, but it's also dependent on the other authors, all of whom are well established but Jocelyn and me. So if they did, like, Southeast like time, or Midwest, I guess they try to switch it up?
