Timelies all!
Am in my pajamas, waiting for the shower. Later we head to the Washington Folk Fest. Hope it doesn't rain too much. Tomorrow is for stuff around the house. (Like vacuuming the tumbleweeds of cat fur off the floor)

No new natter yet? Huh
I get to meet lisah today! Finally!
whoa, did not expect to see natter when I got up.
phooey to a very bad night's sleep. Isaac woke up around 4 and then woke me up by calling repeatedly for his dad. So then after getting him to the potty and tucking him into bed his sister sat up and needed to go the potty, so I took her too. And then after tucking them into bed again I was completely unable to fall back asleep. Completely unable. Been awake since 4 am. I am so rotten tired. I wish I was able to fall asleep better.
I woke up at 5 and 6:30, but thank god was able to go back to sleep. I think my head might explode from being full of mucus or whatever. BUT, if last night is any indication, I feel worse just sitting here than I do when I'm up and at em. So I guess I'll get up and at em.
I'm the same way Jesse, even with the lack of sleep making me feel like ass the sore throat from yesterday seems to be gone.
And ION Frances woke up dry today! Yay for little victories!
Did somebody order an apocalypse on the East Coast? This is today's weather forecast:
A few thunderstorms, some severe; storms can bring downpours, large hail and damaging winds
Oh, really?? Maybe there will be less up and at em than I was thinking.
Yay Frances!!
Can you up and at em without leaving the apartment?
Burrell, that's awesome!
Jessica's forecast sounds a lot like DC's.
I just ordered myself a first edition of The Monster at the End of this Book to add to my collection of 1st edition children's books that rank high in my memory. (This makes 3 titles - it's not much of a collection - Madeline, Stuart Little are the other two.)
