Dammit, you guys went and answered already. Fine.
Tomorrow is lunch with Kat. Sunday is CPR certification. And, in theory I should be leaving work soon to pick up my toradol prescription and then taking it and hitting the sack in order to take the wind out of the sails of this particular migraine, recommends my doctor. Who's finally called me back, after me leaving messages for three days.
Attending a graduation tonight, possibly BEA tomorrow day, dinner with friends tomorrow night, and homework Sunday.

That means I win, right?

Tonight, laundry and X-Files.

ElderGoth reunion concert tonight (whoo, Peter Murphy!), writing and going out dancing tomorrow, mild panic about packing to go on a business trip on Sunday. Then on Monday I fly to exotic Ottawa.

Date with my TiVo tonight, tons of meetings, and writing.
I wonder what I should make for dinner. I am kind of tempted to make more of those cracktastically good potato wedges.

Jilli, there's an awful truth I fear I must tell you.

You've reminded me that I'd settled on a great breakfast potato recipe that was part ganked from some website part yanked from my head that I can no longer reconstruct because I lost the link. So I might as well start again from scratch. My main issue is that I have no microwave, so I need to make sure that the wedges are totally cooked through without being overcooked or boiled or fried.
I seem to recall that recipe boiling small red potatoes for 10-15 minutes before slicing them and frying them up with the tomatoes & peppers &c, but that didn't cook them consistently through enough.
Suggestions?
ATK the other day fried them in the pan until they got nice and golden, and then covered the pan and let them cook through that way.
Documentary about gays in the military in ten minutes (the theater is a block away). Then two stepping. Dinner somewhere in there.
Tomorrow, not sure in the daytime. Must CLEAN at some point, my house is heinous. Evening, some kind of random fiddle bluegrass concert thing at a place called the...Roadhouse? Tractor Tavern? Some crazy named place. A friend got the tickets.
No plans for Sunday. I"m hoping brunch, one of those days, with friends.
