To me Vespas look like something to steal. Couldn't you just pick one up and throw it in a pickup truck or something?

I saw a scooter the other day with a bumper sticker that said "I t heart Tel-Aviv," except it had an Adidas logo instead of the heart.
To me, a Vespa looks like an innovative (for its time) unit-body (i.e. no frame - the body shell provides all the strength) scooter with an aesthetically pleasing shape.
What? I saw a documentary once.
What does that even mean, Hil?

I have no idea.
The sushi was gooood. Soft-shell crab is in season.
So you went with the sushi, excellent. I went to one of those pick up and bake your own pizza places.
What kind of wine goes with an Artichoke/Chicken Pizza?
The thing about vespas, at least old ones, is they pollute awful.
Newer ones are much much better about this
Actually, I see organ donors every time I see unhelmeted non-car cycles.
Yeah, really important to wear a helmet. And even still, it is dangerous--a coworker's wife was hit by a van, and she was wearing a helmet, and it was still touch and go for quite a while. She lost a kidney, had a lot of internal injuries, broken ribs, and a broken leg. On the other hand, it's not like you can't be in car or bike accidents either.
I went with the popcorn. My body went with the migraine. Phbbbpptt.
My dad's first accident, a car made a sudden right turn in front of him. He flew 6 ft, landed on his head (seriously, the foam was compressed to under half and inch), skidded another few feet on his face. Broke his hand (only one bone, amazingly) and required multiple plastic surgeries.
Another, he got rear ended and planted his ass through the car's windshield. He was lucky that time: his worst injury was wipershaped bruises. The bike went under the car and looked like spaghetti, though.
