No studying? Damn! Next thing they'll tell me is I'll have to eat jelly doughnuts or sleep with a supermodel to get things done around here. I ask you, how much can one man give?

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I am not working and not seeing tiny hippie cowboys. I'm thinking of going to buy a bike, but I don't know if my new zipcard will have some in the mail.

I want to go get my package at the UPS place, but I am a little scared of taking the bus there in the evening because it is a new stop (and in Rochester bus-stop are really hard to see) and in a sketchy neighborhood. I am annoyed a Zappos for not letting me change my delivery to work if I couldn't be home to sign for it.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Wow! That's intense, tommy. Is the farm going to stay a farm, or is it going to be even more intense and someone's going to mkae it, like, a suburb?

Most of the 80 acres has already been sold. 20 acres because a house with a barn and a yard for horsies. Maybe another 20 acres was sold to a farmer as farmland. Another 20 acres has one or two houses built so far. The last 20-ish acres was sold with the house, barn, sheds, etc. It's weird - one guy bought our five-bedroom house. He has a GF but I think she's staying at her place. He's going to store cars in the barn! I'm not sure what he's gonna do with the farmland.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I have wrangled Yankees tickets for a family visit in June. Paid above normal price and they may not all be together, but that it what it took.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Did you get what you needed, Ita?

Ayup, thanks. A friend sent me a link to a parenting website she's started to contribute to and I was wondering if there seemed to be cross-pollination potential, but I don't quite think so. Oh, and gentle with the capitalising of the name. Always makes me twitchy.

I'd like one lost cellphone meetcute to go, please! Thanks, ever so.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Weekend plans are writing tonight while Pete goes off to a poker night; all day at the wacky Korean-style spaaaaa tomorrow during the day, then getting extra-gothy and going out dancing that night; a birthday bbq on Sunday (where people are going to try and convince me to play Rock Band), and then a tea party on Monday. I should try and squish more writing time in there whenever I can, too.

too bad - but thank you for keeping an eye out.

Should travelswithchild.org be in the buffista links?

Now tagless for your comfort.

I'm on m way to NYC to visit with college friends. Three days in Manhattan eating shopping and drinking. Will try to catch Macbeth or Beoing Beoing if we can get tix.

Need to survive the three hour layover in O'Hare first. The $10 margaritas are helping.

(Also that is one of the only pictures I took on my big bike ride last weekend. It illustrates an hilarious trip to the ER!)

Can't hurt, can it?

Oh, and the site in question is Rantingparent.com. I am given to understand that you parents rant from time to time.

This weekend I have to turn my life around. No pressure.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

How can there still be 4 hours left to today? I've already been here for 18 or so, and today is 2 and a half hours shorter than normal.
