Moleskine doesn't have pre-printed calendars, otherwise I'd absolutely get one of those.
Do you mean calendar or agenda? They are currently selling 18-month Moleskine agenda in the stationery store next to my office.

Amazon has them for pretty good prices (at least compared to my fancy staionery store downstairs).
ETA: Note that they have 18-months ones for July 2008 to December 2009.
