Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

My Jamaican chicken curry is nummy. But why do they gotta chop up the chicken into bits with the bones still in it?

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Because the bones are where the flavor is!

Art Crawl!!!

I had a sandwich from Jimmy Johns - a veggie sandwich with added bacon!

It was yummy. Also, salt & vinegar chips. Mmmmmm. . .

Chicken tikka masala

Drew and I were going to go out for this for lunch the other day, after organizing the hell out of the garage, and got to the restaurant to find out we had just missed the lunch seating. It was a big bummer. When the suggestion originally came up, I was kind of "Whatever, but okay," and by the time we got there only to be turned away, I was really craving some chicken tikka masala.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

by the time we got there only to be turned away, I was really craving some chicken tikka masala.

Almost like Proust's madeleines, only with a rich spicy red sauce.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Ugh. I have managed water this morning. And a fistful of pills. And I haven't quite gotten out of bed, save to my desk to log into work remotely and work from home.

I don't think I've can ever have been this nauseous before. I never throw up, so it's just a matter of waiting for the anti-nausea meds to kick in, but it's damned irritating.

Who but Buffistas could crack a friggin' Proust joke off the cuff like that?

I love us.
