White tile is made of regret. The previous floor in my kitchen was white, and every single drip showed.

Even after cleaning?

I don't really like any other tile color.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

The retro flooring I was looking at for my kitchen is like for industrial/ciommercial buildings: siliar to this, but in 12 in tiles: [link] and with pink specks.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

We put in what Msbelle is looking at, in two shades of green with a few black tiles thrown in for accent in our kitchen. It was cheap, looks AWESOME and does not show dirt, plus is easy to clean. If you are going to use this kind of tile, you need to make sure the subfloor is as smooth as possible, so prep is everything.

It's just so hard for me to imagine how everything will look together and in relation to the rest of my house (I have the original hardwood flooring and could also just leave that in the kitchen, if I refinished it, but it's fairly damaged after years under ugly ass linoleum).

How about grey (or blue) and black checkerboard? retro but subdued and doesn't show dirt.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I am not liking today. It's made me be all efficient and get stuff done.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Yeah, I've all handled shit too. Damned glad I didn't have to drive, though.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Huh...I appear to be the only person left on the floor. Should I head down to the company-wide meeting, or finish my lunch?

That could work...I'd have to rethink my plan for painting though. I had an idea about having some of the wall space be apple green.
