Please shoot me. Client wants to cancel one instance of a recurring meeting and schedule it on the day before which means cancelling another meeting that day. Then cancel another recurring meeting the following day, but leave the rest of them even though they may be cancelled at a later date. Then the following week, for the next 12 weeks (or he says, "for however long they are scheduled" IT'S A RECURRING MEETING! It's scheduled
forever
) cancel the original cancelled meeting, reschedule for a different time on the days before and then block off time for two people between that meeting and another meeting "in case [he] needs them" for a call he has.
Bonus: He's using Lotus notes.
I'm not doing very much work at work today.
I didn't do all that much yesterday, so I figure I'm doing about as well as could be expected today, really.
Daisy Jane's post made my head spin....
That's why I'm putting off the scheduling. It's never pretty, even without the spinning 'splody head (which creates a pattern not unlike that SpinArt thing I had when I was a kid).
In gratitude that I don't have to try to do Daisy's job I will commence industriousness.
4-5:30 EST is 3-4:30 CST, right? I need a diagram.
weirdness - I've been at this job just 5 months. There have been 3 men that I had thought gay that I later found out - not at all (or at least not out). 2 married, in fact. I still get major gay-vibes from 2 of the 3. I am saddened by my broken gaydar.
I haven't done a whole lot all week at work. It is so annoying that I told my boss yesterday over lunch that I didn't have enough work to do. Can't wait to see the fall out from that.

Tomorrow is FREE COMIC BOOK DAY!
That's right! Thanks for the reminder, GC! My comic-book guy already told me he's setting aside the reprint of Tiny Titans #1 for me. I don't know what other title I want (people with pull lists can get 2 free comics, because my comic-book guy is cool like that).
