It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

I don't see squashed strawberry alleycat on that list. If you're actually going to make a manly drink list, it should be devoid of fruit or dairy, IMO.

The age of consent in Canada has risen to 16. It doesn't say if the age for gay sex has changed.

I can't fully endorse that opinion, but I am surprised that a Tequila Sunrise took it over a real margarita (i.e., lime-based and not frozen).

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I told myself, in English (!) "that's OK. juliana will do my makeup".

Heh.

Damn, I don't want to do anything. I just want to take a nap! Big greasy lunch was possibly not the best choice. BUT! At least they didn't have the calories on the menu.

W/r/t fruit and dairy, I just mean ingredients intended to sweeten or mask the alcohol in the drink.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I agree that cocktails are dodgy for manliness in general, and adding anything to make the alcohol go down easier is just cheating and ungentlemanly.

I have these two lovely pairs of shoes that I've had for years now and never worn because they were always a touch tight. But I love them! I tried stretching them and it never quire worked. I'm finally today taking them by the shoe repair place in my office building and finding out if there's any stretch in them for real. Shiny patent flats! Gold brocade ballet flats! ::sigh:: I fully expect to fail, and am sad in advance. ::sniff::

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

But Chartreuse is awesome.

It is, but it's not a drink for people who are tentative about their drinking.

I told myself, in English (!) "that's OK. juliana will do my makeup".

\\o/! I was in a Nilly dream, and I made things okay! I win at the Internets!

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

For any Chicagoistas interested, Looptopia is back this Friday night/Saturday morning. Here's hoping that things are better organized and ready for the big crowd they're sure to get than they were last year.

Keep me posted on your shoes, ita, because I have patent shoes I want to stretch, too.
