Saw Eddie Izzard last night, and, surprise, he was fabulous. Dress-wise he's butching it up this tour, but he did have a snazzy top coat that looked like a circus ring-master's.
I must saw, the man has energy and stamina. I don't know how he goes for near two hours of non-stop talking (and lots of movement) without so much as a drink of water. My mouth was parched just watching him (though that may also have been the glass of red wine I had with dinner prior).
Also, I am really frustrated right now, because I am trying to watch the fall Out Boy "beat it" video, and I'm trying to make it bigger than that little player, but I can't find a way.
Sophia, if you wait a little while, I am pretty sure a larger version of the video will come out and will be ripped by fandom ASAP. Meanwhile, there are rips of the tiny video here that you probably can enlarge: [link]
OMG, I WANT THAT PUPPY!!!
Signed,
Loves big dogs.
Also, I wish our HR person had just told me I have to do everything to hire a new person myself, instead of fucking up the one posting she did. Oy.

Thanks! I feel this is just another thing telling me I am too old to like this band. Like, I can't even see the video properly! Also, I succumbed to the need, and asked my friend in IT to help me (he couldn't), and he was very disparaging about Patrick... which is kinda funny, because he kinda looks like Patrick (except for the fact that he really looks more like Paul Giamatti)

Not too old!
And, dude. Smack the Patrick hater.
Awww, Ruby has finally crept out to explore. I opened the slider to the balcony and she's now happily sitting on a chair, listening to the birds.
And she ate breakfast, finally. She hadn't had more than a teaspoon of food since I moved her in.
Brave Ruby!
How are you feeling in the new place, Allyson?

I used to feel bad about drinking a lot of water when I perform (like it's a sign of me having had no voice training at all) but then I saw Dolly Parton and she drank lots of water on stage and she said she didn't feel bad about it because she'd seen Cher drink lots of water on stage. It's a proud tradition of flamboyant lady performers!
