I was just asked to be proxy godmother for a baptism because the actual godmother can't be there.

It was snowing just west of here this morning.
We had snow on Friday, and there have been bad storms out west. It's hard on the head. We also had some unseasonably warm temperatures beforehand which spoiled us into thinking we'd have a normal spring like the rest of the world.

I slept like a rock last night. I wish I had the week off to put stuff away and flail.
Ruby is still hiding under the bed, though she didn't wake me up crying at all last night. First night in she was in the closet, crying and cowering in a corner. I really wanted to join her. Haven't broken down yet, maybe the stress is like a slow leak?
