And don't you ever stand for that sort of thing. Someone ever tries to kill you, you try to kill 'em right back! ... You got the right same as anyone to live and try to kill people.

Not that that made me want to date a 52 year old when she asked, but...

I had Scrappy's response. I thought, "Oh, no. I'm too old to date Meara. Oh, wait. I'm also too straight. Still sad."

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Brain is soup. Have agreement issue.

This will address the urgent need(s?) for improving this and that.

s? No s?

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I would say "urgent need to improve..."

New food discovery: Hungarian cheese. It's like farmers cheese mixed with cream cheese, with paprika and scallions. Yum.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

I'm with Hil on the grammar question. Though I guess grammar is not a committee decision usually.

Debate: baby is asleep for the moment. I want to go to a presentation at 6:30. Do I wake baby and go? Or do I let baby sleep. Keep in mind, baby went to sleep an hour and 20 minutes early....

advice?

I have no idea. I'm just a sitter.

I kinda love the citibank commercial where the elephant sits on the car because it reminds me of the animal park in Topsy, TX where the camel went after the food my brother had dropped in his lap. On other visits, my sil had a zebra climb up on the open door window trying to get in the sunroof. And then there was the ostrich who took offense to my SIL and tried to steal her sunglasses.

That place was great! (and endeared me even more for the herd of cats they supported at the entry facilities.)

I have no baby advice, never having had one.

Hil, what is farmer's cheese like?

Hil, what is farmer's cheese like?

Kinda like fresh ricotta, except tangier, and the curds are bigger.

Whee! I have a babysitting gig for Miss P's family on Saturday (probably says something about me that this is something I look forward to....) Fun with the kids and baby cuddling!
