I don't want to be a responsible adult today.
Me neither! But, unlike most Mondays, I'm actually awake and relatively cheerful this morning. It's raining!
Although I suppose it's midafternoon there. Maybe you don't have to be a responsible adult for too much longer?
I'm almost OK with it by now, Emily.
Still, gotta call that washing machine repair guy until next Monday, or else I'd have to drag myself to the laundry place.
Especially now that I found my purpose on earth, with the skateboard art thing.
Now I just have to think how I tell my parents about it.
(This might be the time to mention I'm having the Occupational I Want in somewhat reversed order: in the 4th grade I wanted to be a nuclear physicist and I was very serious about it, until the 7th grade. In the 12th grade I wanted to be a firefighter. I expect that by 50, I will want to be a butterfly, or perhaps color the sky everyday).
OMGOMGOMGOMGWAAAAAAAAANT.
Please somebody go do this and send me one.
So, a friend of mine apparently met the cop in this story on eHarmony, a couple of months after his wife died.

Oh, ew. Your poor friend.
Well, at least they only went out the one time (she thought it was creepy he was dating so soon after his wife's death, and also driving a new car bought w/insurance money), so it does make for a good story.
Of course, a couple of years ago she was seriously dating an Actual Crackhead who stole her car, so this is kind of a step up?
I'd be a little afraid of who she dates next.
So apparently there were 2 or 3 tornadoes in the state yesterday. The weather was pretty psychotic (in a way I like: thunderstorms!) but even so, I'm always surprised we get them.
Morning. Me brain ded. Me missing most personal pronouns. Zzzzzz.
