It was a blast for us, though we received more than our share of filthy looks on League night.
We were doing a girls' night out. The first bowling alley we went to was full of leaguers. We had to go to the other bowling alley (which was near empty). We bowled badly and drank white Russians (in honor of The Big Lebowski).
I love bowling. That was a regular outing in MSP. I kinda miss that.
LET'S GO BOWLING AT THE F2F!
Good part of the country to do so.
Let's bo-o-o-owl tonight! We're gonna bo-o-owl to-ni-ight!

Since Perkins has not yet put in her weekendly call, I will: whatcha doin' this weekend? Besides bowling, natch.
I will be attending a 4 year old's soccer game with my Ferdinand-esque daughter, then going to A Southern Season and the mall in which it resides for meditation tapes and possibly knife sharpening. (Not to be used together.)
Oh, and the symphony is playing in the park across the street from my house on Sunday night. Picnic!
DJ, I had a Paulette moment last night--I have acrylic nails so it was a challenge getting my fingers in the holes.
The earthquake woke me up this morning. It was strong enough to rattle my bamboo curtain and the beaded fringe on my bedroom lamp, though nothing actually fell over.
Perkins is cavorting in Seattle. Wench.
I think this weekend will be a very low-profile one for me. I feel like I'm fighting off something.

As in she'd rather sit under a tree than participate in the bullfight?
I love bowling.
There's a group of us here in Seattle that go bowling semi-regularly. Our preferred bowling alley has a Chinese place attached to it that delivers food to your lane, and makes wicked strong drinks. My PseudoSibling says nothing improves a bad week for him like watching me try to actually hit the pins with my bowling ball.
