"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

Someone just went apeshit on Craigslist. MID CENTURY DOES NOT MEAN IKEA.

I love shit like this. My local Craigslist has a paroxysm like this about every three months, in which somebody starts explaining in all caps that it's illegal to sell used mattresses in the state of Massachusetts, and also it's not an antique if it's not 100 years old. I don't even know whether either of those assertions is true! But they sound true, in all caps.

Of course, furniture wank is as nothing to the pet section wank. I am so not kidding. It is awesome!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Sitting in NYC, I'm amazed that people are buying and selling used mattresses at all, even though I sleep on a mattress I bought used myself! But the bedbug fear is so pervasive here, I don't know that anyone would buy a used mattress from a stranger. (My used mattress came from DC.)

Well in DC, there are no bedbugs?

What about used couches, Jesse? Bedbugs love those too!

KristinT, I have a question. What lit gets covered in the 12th grade curriculum?

You know how the repetition in some words leads you to repeat the repetition a few too many times? Like banana?

Don't use words like that for your passwords.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Thanks Kat, I'll see if I can get out a few minutes early. Traffic just blows. I'm probably better off getting up early on Saturday.
