Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Hee! (I'm reminded of !eeH) I think I might actually sneak out a little early, except for the colossal pile of shit I have to do! But seriously, I don't think I'm going to be doing any of it between 4 and 5.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

This is wrong and icky. It just is.

A new picture book about plastic surgery aims to explain why mom is getting a flatter tummy and a 'prettier' nose.

caption:

From 'My Beautiful Mommy:' A girl accompanies mom on a cosmetic surgery consultation. Mom explains she'll soon be 'prettier,' and shows where the bandages will be, and the finished product

OK, that just makes me feel ill.

Remember, remember/the fifth of November/the Gunpowder Treason and Plot/I see no reason/Why Gunpowder Treason/Should ever be forgot.

Smacking up against customer non-service.

So I review manga over on ProsperosManga.com. There are adult, basically porn manga, so I review those also. In the review categories, they are label straight porn as compared to explicit yaoi or yuri titles.

Adsense has disabled advertising on the site yesterday, because it violates their pornographic material clause. But there is no pornography on the site, no explicit descriptions and the cover images are not explicit either. Hell, I have grabbed most of the images from Amazon.

And when I try to point this out, I get a canned response to remove the offending material. What damn offending material?!? They can't say, they are too busy to review website for offending materials. Then how the hell did they decide I was offensive in the first place? Then I get a canned response back...

Ergh. Stuck on a mobius loop of canned responses...

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

It depends on which incarnation of Superman we're talking about! Sometimes he's Lex's boyfriend, sometimes Batman's. Occasionally he belongs to Lois or Nightwing!

Aww, good times, good times.

You should write this. Find one more (which, I think, probably Diana), and you can have a Five Things!

Tom, that's horrifying. I didn't even need to click on the link.

So I'm home sick with a sinus infection and I decide what I really need is chicken wonton soup.

Do I call in an order and walk around the corner to pick it up? Or do I call an order from the slightly-farther-away Chinese place and have it delivered?

I could probably go out in public without changing: I'm in sweats and a fleece hoody. I'm just... sick. And lazy. Also bored. Internets, amuse me!

No contest. Delivery.

No contest. Delivery.

Of course, that assumes they will deliver at this hour. I'm not even sure they're open.

Next question: what else do I get besides wonton soup? Szechuan chicken? Beef with broccoli? I need not-too-fattening comfort food. This is a conundrum.
