I was sorting our mail (magazines, catalogs and bills) and as I was going through it, a giant (and by giant, I mean nearly 1/2 inch) spider came crawling out of the mail stack IN MY HAND.
Needless to say, I freaked. Good thing I already had a magazine handy.

oh my gosh, crazy day. I just extended my late May/early June vacation to include a two-day stopover in Chicago. To see someone I met at the baby shower I was at on Saturday. he's a very good friend of my friends for whom we were throwing the shower so not some random stranger but still HOLY HECK!
And my kitchen was totes demo'ed today! As was my bathroom. They are empty shells of themselves.
I'm very discombobled.

It's the hazard of the computers I have. One is ancient (home) and on dialup, the other is one where I have no control over the browser software. Sigh.
Well, I'll probably replace this one in the next year. And *gasp* have to get off dialup in the process.
