Ooh, ooh, I want to hear Cashmere's trivia questions!! I mean, I'm going to bed soon, but...
I have principals' emails as well as snail mail. Do I just email the resume unsolicited or do I send a hard copy?
Eh, I'd probably do both in case they didn't get it or deleted it, but I might be pushy like that.
I want flea to move to Singapore, but only so that I have someone else to visit in Asia besides Fay. So, um, I'd go with what everyone else said, and contemplate the long-term possibilities for Mr. Flea's career as well as your own--would you still be able to take classes long distance? Or would it just be a however-many-years hiatus for you, which might hurt when you get back to the states?
flea, any way you can visit Singapore before you decide? FWIW, I understand it's very Western-friendly and quite law-abiding (enforced with caning and tough law enforcement techniques).
Timelies all!
Kinda grey here, but at least the thunderstorms stopped.
Unexpectedly bright here, though no real sun. May be warm enough to open the door to the back porch soon, which the cat just ADORES
what was the name of the travel agency in Pushing Daisies that gave Chuck the trip?
Boutique Travel Travel Boutique?
I need to buy some snacks to put out for people during Library week. I figure I'm going to get some chocolate candy like M&Ms and mini candy bars and some non-chocolate candy like mints or jelli bellies, but I also want to get some non-candy stuff. What's better:
Pretzels
Mixed nuts
popcorn
Other?
I think pretzels have the least potential for food detritus being strewn hither and yon.
This is true. They are also the one I'm not going to want to eat any of, which is a plus.
They also don't lead to people picking through, like mixed nuts would.
