Huh, I didn't like it so much. The House/Wilson/Amber arc hasn't been working for me at all this season - it just seems really manufactured.
'Sleeper'
Spike's Bitches 40: Buckle Up, Kids! Daddy's Puttin' the Hammer Down.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
The triangle *is* definitely manufactured, but I liked the way the episode handled House working out this horrible itch to *know* what he missed or forgot, and then paying it off by making it about someone he knew. It would have worked for me the same way if it was Cameron or 13 or Wilson himself, and he couldn't remember it, but his subconscious *knew* he needed to. Does that make sense?
Oh, definitely - I just didn't like the payoff because it was Amber. WTF?
I took that as proof of how much he cares for Wilson, genuinely, and not just in a convenient emotional punching bag/science experiment way, either.
But I'm oddly fond of House. More than I should be.
Amy, are you talking about Monday's House? I'm trying to figure out if I missed an extra episode that they might have slipped in on me.
Yes!
I did enjoy that one. Cuddy really skews my Kinsey scale after that little butt shimmy she did for House in his fantasy.
OMG YES, Sail. Jesus. That made me incredibly squirmy.
I would like to vent my frustration with my software.
ARGH! Look, you friggin-frack program! You're supposed to do 3-D modeling! This should make you perfect for modeling molecules! Stop telling me the constraint is inconsistent with another constraint when there IS no other constraint! Dammit!
Thank you.
Anyone feel like batting around some geometry with me? I'm trying to figure something out, and I think I've narrowed it down, but I'm not sure how the angles work out.
