I'd guess they can get away with it because of how awful the job market is there right now. I have a friend who wants to move back to Michigan but knows she just couldn't survive their right now...if she could even find a job.

That's kind of what I'm thinking. I'm hoping that if I take it easy tonight that I'll be more able to be really productive tomorrow. Hopefully it's not wishful thinking.
