My favorite pickles are half-sour. Preferably from a barrel. Supermarket pickles just aren't the same.
'Touched'
Spike's Bitches 40: Buckle Up, Kids! Daddy's Puttin' the Hammer Down.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Feels like getting older is just the process of finding out how little you know.
This is depressingly true.
Also, I don't like pickles. Fried or otherwise. Actually, maybe I *would* like them if they were fried...
That name makes it sound like you're drinking beer from someone's stomach.
So that's what they call those Heineken robots.
Kristin, all my sympathy - get some sleep; I hope things turn out as well as possible for Byron.
Drunken meara postings are very entertaining. And this season's ANTM is probably best watched after drinking.
I like pickles, although I'm supposed to cut back on the salt. There was recently an article about someone selling what are basically pickle popsicles - frozen pickle juice (even I quail at the thought).
And for Aimee.
Mmmm....
Thanks, Toddson.
I'm essentially teaching Sara how to do shots, so she'll get her medicine down faster. I feel like Claire Huxtable. "Chug-a-lug."
I'm glad I read here this morning. reading cute merea post made me happy. Now I can go to work in a better mood.
I had deep fried pickles. Better than I though , but even after eating one it is still hard to get my head around.
I remember reading that a popular kids snack in some rural parts of Mississippi is Kool-Aid pickles -- pickles soaked in jars of Kool-Aid.
For the past week or so, the pinky and ring fingers of my left hand have been kind of tingly. No pain, nothing else bothering me anywhere else on that hand, no loss of motion, not really bothersome except that they're slightly numb and that makes typing a little difficult, because I can't always feel the keys. I have no idea what's causing this. Not too bothersome, but very weird.
No one liked my baseball golfing at work? Sad now.
hey, I commented on your LJ!

my mother does this insane thing where she puts a candy cane in the middle of a big dill pickle and sucks the pickle and the candy cane together. It's GROSS.

I had that! From time to time, I still get it a little. I was told that I probably pinch some nerve when I lean on my elbow.
