Eggless matzoh balls would be awesome! I've tried to make them and failed miserably.
I am aggravated that I have to go to my Dr. once a month to get the scrip for Adderall just because I have to remember to do that and remembering on schedule is hard, but my pharmacist is not a jerk about it. What amazes me is that my insurance company would not authorize any non-stimulant meds until I'd tried Adderall. I guess it's cheaper, but wouldn't it be more socially responsible to try the not-a-controlled-substance kind?

There's a recipe in Vegan with a Vengeance that's supposed to be good. It uses blended silken tofu in place of the eggs. I've never tried it, though, and the tofu makes them iffy for Passover.

I just got back from the doctor. Apparently I'm running a 101.2 fever right now and the doctor's diagnosis is pneumonia. Joy. I'm getting killer antibiotics as we speak.
