In my various jobs (mostly non-profit/trade association places) I've gone through a few "retreats". ick.
In my opinion, my personality and psychology, as long as they don't interfere with the job, are none of your damn business. Don't run the MMPP (is that the right acronym?) on me, don't try to make me "bond" with the other staff people. If there's a problem address it as a job-related problem, and not that someone needs their attitude adjusted (without benefit of booze).

My all time favorite girl's name, however, remains Rebel Holiday. Since I'll never procreate, I'd love for someone else to name their girl Rebel.
