I had that same problem after I went on the Wellbutrin, and I found that taking a benedryl helped to smooth that out.
I should try that. NyQuil works--I've had great sleep on the tail end of colds--but that feels a little much for every night.

benedryl and NyQuil are basically (if not) the same drug that's making you sleepy.
eta: Tylenol PM = same drug as above (or very close)

Oh, Glamcookie, that sounds so fabulous. I don't think I have an hot cocoa mix, but I may have to go make some tea. That might be just what the Bitches ordered.

I don't think NyQuil has alcohol anymore, but IIRC it's several drugs combined, while benadryl is just the one thing.
Of course, I could be completely wrong.
Susan, you could try TylenolPM. It's essentially Benadryl with Tylenol, and the caplets are easier to cut in half if you want to take less.
ION, this is day six of the death!flu. I'm really, really tired of being sick. Getting my work laptop out of the cabinet and setting it up made me tired and dizzy. NOT COOL.

I got your five e-mails with articles attached that you would like me to incorporate into the final PowerPoint presentation. But, I need you to break down what you would like on each slide. We can't fit the whole article onto a PowerPoint presentation slide.
For example, you'll probably want to break it down like this:

*Point 2 of the article
*Article conclusion
You could also include a short quote or two, if you'd like. Also, please let me know which videos go with which article, so I can match them up.
