I don't want to work today. I'm avoiding doing anything. I can't leave, because 4 of us from work are going to the Angels game tonight (which I am looking forward to!), but in the meantime, I don't want to work today.

Susan, as we deal with my father-in-law's probably lung cancer (we'll know more today) and a scare with my mother (now looking less likely to be a cancer comeback tour, but again, we'll know more today), I've been diving deep into the comfortable world of really trashy (REALLY trashy) Dark Angel fic. So at least you're doing something productive!

(Okay, I also spent the weekend painting in the new house, but I was thinking about trashy DA fic while doing that.)

I want blue. I don't think it would work with, well, work, though. Especially since it's such a contrast from normal - blue streaks in dark hair is kind of a different prospect from blue streaks in my hair.

I am really down today. Don't really know why. I kind of do, but it's not like much has changed recently. I'm not mopey or anything. I don't think you'd know I was down just by looking at me. But man, am I down today. Almost crushingly so.

I've also managed to suggest names for a thread (a first for me). I went a very geeky route. Go fig.
