I feel like the mean old lady in the neighborhood. I'm home trying to watch a movie and someone a half a block away was playing music so loud, I could hear it over my movie. Inside my house. I ended up calling the cops and making a complaint. Love the cops. They came in less than 5 minutes and took care of it.

Jess, that look is FANTASTIC on you! I love the contrast between your hair and your eyebrows. You just pull this look off so well.
I failed miserably at platinum blonde, I think because it washed me out--the light brown eyebrows and lashes I had barely showed up and I looked pretty scary.
I've been toying with the idea of dying my hair black but I can't seem to get a consensus on whether I'd look ridiculous by trying to go that dark. I'd get my brows done, too. I'm looking for a new stylist with an adverturous soul who can help me pull the trigger.

I want blue. I don't think it would work with, well, work, though. Especially since it's such a contrast from normal - blue streaks in dark hair is kind of a different prospect from blue streaks in my hair.
Or maybe that's just me being chicken.
