Buffy: So how'd she get away with the bad mojo stuff? Anya: Giles sold it to her. Giles: Well, I didn't know it was her. I mean, how could I? If it's any consolation, I may have overcharged her.

Spike's Bitches 40: Buckle Up, Kids! Daddy's Puttin' the Hammer Down.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Librarian Warlord

If Lee was not a stoner, then did Suzi have wine shoot out of her nose?

Happy Belated Birthday, Stephanie!

((Susan & family))

We are in Kitty Hawk, tucked into a house on the beach. It's raining, but we're all cozy. Sassy's surgery went well, and she's recovering nicely. She loves the beach -- it smells! There are lots of things to try and eat!

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

All is well that ends in pizza.

Well, it looks like the SECOND guy who said he wanted to buy the Lumina Van has not come back.

Really, when did it become commonplace to leave people hanging, and not even have the courtesy to call and say "I've changed my mind."?

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

Happy Birthday, Amy!

Happy Birthday, Annabel!

That sucks, DJ. I hope you get a buyer to show up soon.

I am very confused this morning. My computer and my bedroom clock radio sprang forward.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I'm trying to freecycle an old desk and rug, to make room for some new stuff. Turns out, giving things away for free is more complicated than I expected.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Felicitations to the "A" girls! Happy Birthday, Amy and Annabel!

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

Annabel wants chocolate cupcakes with chocolate frosting and candy sprinkles. I'm thinking I'll just go by Cupcake Royale, then get some sprinkles to add on.

Her big party isn't until the 26th. We're having it at The Children's Museum because that way we just have to plan the party, not clean the house. (We know our limitations.)

love's a dream you enter though I shake and shake and shake you

I've given away a couple of things on craigslist and found the whole process was incredibly time-consuming and frustrating. Now I just leave stuff on the sidewalk in front of my house on trash days. Either someone who's driving by will take it or the trash people will. Much easier that way.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Annabel wants chocolate cupcakes with chocolate frosting and candy sprinkles.

She has excellent taste. Happy birthday, big girl!
