edit: Also, it's now an hour in, and has gone through every song I remember from the soundtrack, plus as much plot as seems can possibly be extracted from this, and yet there's an hour and a quarter left. I have no idea what this can consist of other than me muttering "damn hippies."

I think the best thing about HAIR is the music. There's still some good songs in the last half of the movie. Have they done Good Morning Starshine yet?

Don't ask why, but I was flipping channels and suddenly, on CMT, there was some sort of "40 Sexiest Music Videos"...and it was a black man in a cowboy hat with a large belt buckle...rapping. WTF?? OMG! So weird. "Cowboy Troy", apparently. It sounds like something from the Simpsons. Dear god.

Trust my rage
Ellie woke up last night at 11 just burning up. When I took her temp, it was over 102. I was very worried because, in addition to my worries about her health, we are leaving tomorrow for Minnesota for 3 weeks. This morning, she is totally fine. Temp is 99 and she is acting well rested.
Of course, now im bummed that she can't go to school and I have to pack with toddler assistance.
