At Towne Shop they'll do alterations free of charge (even on their cheaper bras). They usually end up shortening my straps.

Well, it looks like you sent the rest to me. Seriously, people, do not email the CEO and EVPs until you have all the details. I am not pleased. Does anyone have any use for the states of WV and OK, and the city of Detroit? Removing all traces of them from the earth will solve my problem nicely.
