Based on her general craziness I'm hoping for the former, but based on her loathsomeness I fear the latter.

I have a bunch of all-plastic circs, and the only drawback is that the larger sizes -- okay, my 10.5s -- are actually in three plastic pieces: each point and the connector-piece, which is not consistently connective. So, I have had the opportunity to use Krazy Glue on my knitting needles, and they're much better now. (Mine are indeed Susan Bates.)
