I do not have sufficient brainpower to do all the things I need to do today. This vexes me.
This is why we need direct neural connections to interface with computers. Then we could have co-processors and wifi connections. Need to remember more stuff, just add another stick of memory. Never get lost again, just upgrade with head GPS and mentally locate yourself with Google maps. Pretend to be an expert on anything by looking up stuff on Wikipedia. Sure there will be times you get a bad driver update and you can't use your arms until you get patched, but you can't make an omelet without breaking a few eggs.
Happy Birthday Tom!
ita, does your diet exclude sugar? Or just wheat and dairy? I have a recipe for tasty chocolate cookies (from Ouise actually) that uses ground almonds instead of flour, but it's sugar-iffic.

ugh - today started out ok, but it is slowly breaking me down. stupid people not just doing their shit or being passive.
On top of that I started looking at school stuff for next year and find out that I have missed all deadlines and can't get mac into another school for next year. That actually may not be that bad since noodle needs some stability, BUT I need to start NOW with researching and visiting private schools because apps for those will be due in 9/08 for 9/09 admissions. I need a hired help for this.
Ooh, anything made with almond flour/paste is like crack to me (as long as it's not too sweet). Sue got me googling for a cookie I ate by the kilo in Sicily called Pasta di Mandorla and I found a recipe, AND learned that "cuisinart" in Italian is "robot da cucina." Love!

Sugar's not verboten, but I don't like it too much. Are they terribly sweet to taste? I'd be interested in seeing it.
The flour replacement cornbread didn't turn out too well. The centre was more like porridge than cake. But apart from the core I guess it was okay tasty.
